We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Fresno, California. This is a part time role that requires assisting events on Saturday and Sundays. In this role, you will support a range of marketing activities, including social media engagement, event coordination, and community outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage community outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with social media advertising vendors to oversee campaigns and provide constructive feedback.
• Interact with the community through social media platforms to foster engagement and build relationships.
• Plan and coordinate events, including sourcing materials, giveaways, and games.
• Arrange booth setups and decorations to ensure a visually appealing presentation at events.
• Schedule and organize staff participation for events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist with executing email campaigns to promote services and events.
• Provide logistical support for marketing activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to help refine strategies.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in organizing events and coordinating logistics.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate team activities effectively
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with vendors, staff, and the community.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with community outreach practices and techniques.
