Role Overview
We are seeking a talented, data-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time, primarily remote basis (with some in-office presence in Miami as needed for key projects or client meetings). In this role, you will own the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and meaningful audience growth.
We live by the principle: You can't manage what you can't measure. The most critical skill for success here is a fluent command of data, turning insights from analytics into clear, actionable recommendations and communicating them effectively to clients and team members. You'll develop and execute strategies across social media and other digital channels, foster authentic engagement, and ensure every initiative aligns with client goals in our specialized industries.
This position offers independence in execution while encouraging close collaboration with creative, strategy, and client-facing team members in our agile, contractor-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Google Ads, tailored to client industries like hospitality, F&B, real estate, biotech, and nonprofits.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other platforms, translating complex data into clear insights, actionable optimizations, and client-ready reports.
- Drive meaningful social media growth through content strategy, community engagement, audience interaction, and organic tactics focused on authentic connections rather than vanity metrics.
- Optimize web analytics, track KPIs (e.g., traffic sources, conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI), identify trends, and recommend data-backed improvements to enhance digital presence and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content (posts, stories, reels, ads) while ensuring brand alignment and strategic goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing and social media trends (e.g., short-form video, community-building, AI-assisted insights, social commerce features) and integrate relevant tools and best practices.
- Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance optimization to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Work independently on assigned projects while participating in team check-ins, brainstorms, and client presentations as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- High proficiency in social media marketing and online/digital marketing (proven track record of managing accounts and campaigns).
- Strong experience with web analytics (Google Analytics 4 preferred) and social platform analytics; ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present data findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing unique, brand-aligned strategies that boost digital visibility and engagement.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management and time-management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends, tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Procreate, scheduling platforms like Sprout , basic SEO principles), and emerging best practices and Ai integration best practices.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in Restaurant/Food & Beverage and/or Nonprofit sectors.
- Familiarity with paid media (PPC, social ads), email marketing tools , or basic content creation (video editing, graphic design).
- Experience working in agency or consulting environments, or as an independent contractor/freelancer.
