Job Description: Primary Functions:
Support budget management for all marketing campaigns, including the daily use of BANNER for requisition orders, purchase orders, and ongoing budget monitoring. Handle check requests and invoice payments, working with vendors and Accounts Payable. Track spending in the marketing budget and project documents, and maintain electronic and paper records as needed.Support the direct marketing work for student recruitment. Work with departments including Admissions, Records and Registration, Student Accounts, Computing Technology, and vendors to request lists for mailings in a timely fashion. Work closely with the Graphic Design Specialist to ensure that lists are correct and provided to the vendor according to the project timeline. Keep records of all mailing lists via Excel and electronic storage. Work with MCC mail services to ensure postage funds are available. Maintain records of all direct mail projects. Assist the Graphic Design Specialist as needed to help with securing project estimates and providing estimates to purchasing.Work with the Web Services Associate Director, assist with maintenance of monroecc.edu by making minor updates to web pages, working with web liaisons as needed, and by submitting technical requests as needed for minor web updates.Create closed captioning for MCC videos for YouTube and other digital formats as needed.Work with MCC Print Shop for internal printing work. Maintain a record of internal charges.Support marketing for photo and video shoots, coordinate with and recruit student and faculty models, secure locations and props, order food, and provide general assistance on the days of the shoot.Perform general office duties such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, ordering supplies, proofreading, handling travel arrangements and expense reports, distributing mail, and greeting visitors.

Job Requirements:Required Qualifications:
Must currently hold the Office Clerk II title for Monroe County, OR, and meet the minimum requirements below:Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus EITHER:(A) Graduation with an Associate's degree or successful completion of at least sixty credit hours from a college or university; OR(B) Two years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience.
