Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Arizona (In Person)
Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day (flexible, may vary)
Pay:$25-$35/hour
We are looking for a Social Media Manager based near Tempe, AZ to work directly alongside confidence content creator, Kailey Anna. This role is ideal for someone who loves short form content and enjoys being part of the creative process from filming to editing. This environment is fast paced and collaborative, so speed, adaptability, and positive energy are very important.
Key Responsibilities
• Film day to day content alongside Kailey, including vlogs, TikTok videos, TikTok Shop content, and behind the scenes moments
• Be ready to capture content at any moment and identify strong angles, framing, and storytelling opportunities
• Edit short form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Film TikTok Shop videos, lifestyle content, and vlog style content
• Move quickly between filming and editing as ideas happen throughout the day
• Work through multiple videos in a single session, often going from one concept directly into the next (Kailey will lead this with you)
• Capture authentic moments and turn them into engaging short form videos
• Maintain a fast turnaround time for edits
• Occasionally assist with small tasks that support filming a video, such as grabbing items or helping set up something needed for content
• Work in a real time, fast paced content environment
Qualifications
• Must be currently based in Arizona
• Strong understanding of TikTok and short form content
• Comfortable filming on both their own phone and Kailey’s phone
• Experience editing short form videos using CapCut
• Understanding of good angles, framing, and storytelling when filming
• Able to work quickly and adapt to a fast paced workflow
• Positive attitude and strong energy
• Flexible schedule and availability
Work Environment
• Work directly alongside Kailey Anna during day to day activities
• When working together, the day involves constant filming and editing, often moving rapidly from one video to the next
• Creative environment where content is captured in real time
• Approximately 4 hours per day with flexibility, with occasional additional hours depending on filming needs
