Small marketing agency seeking an experienced freelance social media manager to oversee one local account. This role requires regular on-site content capture, including occasional weekend work. Opportunity to expand to two additional client accounts if performance is strong.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish approved content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Capture and edit short-form and long-form video optimized for each platform
- Capture high-quality photography for social and digital use
- Attend events and on-site activities to produce real-time content
- Maintain organized content libraries and asset archives
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline content planning, editing, and scheduling
- Manage multiple deadlines, approvals, and brand standards
- Contribute ideas to support audience growth and engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable results
- Strong video editing and photography skills
- Ability to work independently and stay highly organized
- Reliable availability for on-site work and weekend events
