Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-obsessed Part-Time Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about retail, enjoys engaging with customers, and has an interest in social media. This role combines in-store sales responsibilities with assisting in the execution of our brand’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Support promotions, sales events, and in-store marketing initiatives
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally
Social Media Support
• Assist in creating engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) for social platforms
• Support posting and scheduling content on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Help brainstorm creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns
• Capture in-store content featuring products, displays, and events
• Monitor engagement and report basic performance insights
Qualifications
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form video content
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Basic photography and/or video editing skills a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Schedule
• Part-time (15–25 hours per week)
• Saturday’s as needed
• Ability to travel between stores (Armonk and Scarsdale)
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
