About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager Intern who embodies these values to join our team and help amplify the digital presence of three dynamic brands: TrackableMed, Office Answer, and Physician Growth Accelerator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media marketing, healthcare innovation, and digital storytelling to gain hands-on experience managing multiple brand identities across major social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube) for all three brands
- Create platform-specific content that aligns with each brand's voice, audience, and marketing objectives
- Design graphics, write copy, and produce short-form video content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social media management tools
- Maintain distinct brand voices and visual identities for TrackableMed, Office Answer, and Physician Growth Accelerator
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategies
- Adapt content strategies to suit the unique audiences of each brand
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers
- Identify and engage with relevant industry conversations and trending topics
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs for each brand
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key insights and growth opportunities
- Use data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content ideas
- Coordinate with other departments to gather content, testimonials, and company updates

Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Alignment with TrackableMed's core values:

Preferred
- Experience managing social media accounts (personal, academic projects, or professional)
- Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy
- Experience with paid social media advertising
