This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond execution and contribute to paid media strategy and performance. You’ll work hands-on across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, and TikTok, with exposure to testing, optimization, analytics, and creative collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, shopping, and social channels
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Test creative, messaging, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with strategists, account managers, and creative partners
- Track and report performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and native dashboards
- Support client reporting and stay current on platform trends
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of paid media experience (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
