We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Anderson, South Carolina. In this role, you will support marketing operations and assist with various promotional activities to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities:
• Organize and update sales calendars, project timelines, and shared documents to streamline workflows and ensure effective team coordination.
• Conduct thorough testing of sales setups on company websites to confirm functionality before launch.
• Partner with external agencies to craft engaging marketing content for internal and external communications.
• Assist in planning and executing email campaigns to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate event logistics and provide support for marketing activities to ensure successful execution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
• Manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts that align with marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas for promotional activities and strategies.
• Proven experience in managing email campaigns and driving customer engagement.
• Familiarity with coordinating events and handling logistics for marketing activities.
• Strong knowledge of direct marketing techniques and campaign development.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external agencies.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing and implementation of marketing setups.
