American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our digital channel strategy and content operations. This is not a junior marketing assistant role. This position requires independence, digital channel fluency, and a role ownership mindset.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the master content calendar, coordinates cross-channel execution, and ensures continuity across social media, blog publishing, email marketing, podcast production, and paid advertising support. Success in this role depends on proactive planning, disciplined execution, data-driven reporting, and the ability to pivot without losing momentum.

What You’ll Do
Content Calendar & Channel Execution

Maintain the master content calendar for ACECO, AL Podcast, and NorLink Solutions

Schedule content a minimum of 30 days in advance across digital platforms

Publish social media content across all company platforms

Coordinate blog publishing schedule, including working directly with freelance writers and consultants

Ensure consistency, timing accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
Press & Content Publishing
-
Write and publish press releases
-
Schedule and publish blog posts authored by freelance writers and consultant teams
-
Maintain publishing cadence and content pipeline integrity
Paid Advertising & Consultant Coordination
-
Serve as internal liaison to paid advertising consultants
-
Participate in weekly consultant meetings
-
Coordinate creative assets, messaging, and campaign readiness
-
Support paid campaign execution and reporting inputs
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
-
Compile and report monthly Marketing Dashboard metrics, including web traffic, engagement data, and Google Analytics insights

Support campaign performance reporting

Monitor channel effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Podcast Production Support

Coordinate podcast production workflow
-
Execute episode publishing, distribution, and promotional scheduling

Ensure alignment between podcast content and broader marketing strategy
Email Marketing

Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns

Support audience segmentation and CRM-based targeting initiatives

Ensure campaign accuracy and brand alignment
Creative Team Collaboration

Coordinate with internal graphic designers and multimedia designers

Support creative needs for events, outreach initiatives, and sales-driven campaigns

Ensure production of high-quality visual and digital assets
Event & Travel Support

Support marketing presence at trade shows and industry events as needed

Travel occasionally throughout the year

Maintain workload continuity during travel periods
What We’re Looking For
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Equivalent professional experience considered
Experience
-
3–5+ years of professional marketing experience required
-
Experience managing digital channels and content calendars
-
Experience working with external marketing consultants or agencies
-
Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
Technical Skills

Google Analytics proficiency required
-
HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform preferred

CRM familiarity preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Experience managing multi-platform social media channels

Comfort working with dashboards, data, and reporting metrics
