This role supports Cahaba Medical Care’s internal and external communications through thoughtful, well-crafted visual design. You will work across print and digital projects that support marketing, fundraising, recruitment, and internal communications.

Designing print and digital materials, including flyers, social graphics, signage, presentations, reports, and branded templates
Supporting visual storytelling across marketing, fundraising, recruitment, and internal communications
Assisting with photography and video capture for events, staff, clinics, and storytelling projects
Helping organize and maintain brand assets, templates, and visual standards
Collaborating with communications, development, and program teams to meet creative needs
Receiving feedback well and iterating designs thoughtfully and efficiently
Supporting special campaigns, events, and initiatives as needed
One to three years of graphic design experience, including professional, internship, or equivalent experience
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Solid mastery of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow across creative disciplines and software platforms
Alignment with Cahaba Medical Care’s mission and values
Photography and photo editing
Video skills, including shooting and simple editing
Familiarity with Canva, social media formats, motion graphics, or short-form content
Experience working within established brand standards
Comfort working in a collaborative, feedback-rich environment
