Robert Half's retail client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support content creation, social media, email marketing, and digital asset management across multiple consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and enjoys balancing hands‑on execution with strong organizational skills.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage requests for new image and video content and coordinate with content creators
• Organize, tag, and upload large volumes of digital assets into a DAM system
• Support social media planning, scheduling, live posts, and content ideation
• Publish blog articles, build landing pages, and manage website updates
• Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot
• Support giveaways, contests, and brand ambassador product shipments
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and reporting for digital initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (content, social, email, SEO, CMS)
• Experience with scheduling tools, email automation platforms, and CMS
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
• Bonus: HTML knowledge, leadership skills, and creative test‑and‑learn mindset
