We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Hardeeville, South Carolina. This is a contract-to-permanent position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both online and in-store marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing product visibility and supporting customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Create and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, eBay, and Craigslist.
• Maintain an organized inventory system to ensure accurate product tracking and availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store shoppers and online clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in direct campaigns and events to promote products and services.
• Assist in developing and executing e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to implement social media marketing activities that align with company goals.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proven experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product listings.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of event handling and marketing activities.
• Experience in retail e-commerce and understanding of e-commerce sales strategies.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
