Role Overview
As a Freelance Web Content Writer, you will support the development and refinement of web content to enhance user engagement and search engine visibility. You will work closely with SMEs, UX, and SEO teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness across digital assets. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, contributing to a cohesive web presence.
Day in the Life
- Collaborate with SMEs to draft and refine website content.
- Review web pages for accuracy, functionality, and quality assurance.
- Manage metadata and organize digital assets for developer access.
- Edit content for clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Update content to meet SEO best practices in partnership with SEO experts.
Your Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- 2+ years experience in digital content development or QA.
- Familiarity with metadata and asset management.
- Knowledge of information architecture principles.
- Basic understanding of SEO strategies.
