Role Description
- Produce precise and detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings for residential interiors using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Develop 3D renderings and presentation visuals to support design concepts and client presentations
- Assist with the preparation of construction drawing sets related to interior layouts and design elements
- Incorporate redlines, revisions, and field dimensions into drawing sets with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate closely with the designer to ensure drawings align with overall design intent
- Maintain organized drawing files and adhere to established drafting standards and project timelines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Understanding of technical drawing, floor planning, and interpreting design specifications
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to produce accurate, high-quality drafts and drawings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with designers and clients
- Experience with 3D modeling tools and generating photo-realistic renderings
- Project management skills and ability to work under deadlines
- Prior experience in the interior design or architectural design industry is a plus
