We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Specialist to join our small but mighty team. The Social Media Manager is the voice for community building and brings the Curious Creatures story to life. The ideal candidate is highly creative, social media savvy, adaptable and, excited to bring all kinds of ideas to life. A passion for mountain biking and the outdoors is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Plan our social media calendar around marketing initiatives, product launches, and content from UGC, ambassadors, and influencers
- Execute the social calendar and support content creation
- Use data and insights to optimize content and drive channel performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team and adapt quickly in a fast paced startup.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in social media experience
- Photography, videography, and content editing skills (we have a lot of fun ideas and need help with editing!)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, evolving environment
