In-House Content & Social Media Specialist

Vertical Chiropractic® is a high-performance, corrective chiropractic practice in Sarasota, Florida. We are looking for a reliable, in-house Content & Social Media Specialist to help document, create, and share the story of our brand through high-quality photo and video content.
- This is not a freelance or agency role. We are looking for someone who enjoys consistent work, being part of a team, and creating content within a well-defined brand—without the pressure of running their own business or managing outside clients.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, creative position focused on content creation first and social media execution second. You will work closely with our team on a weekly basis to capture real moments inside the office, edit engaging content, and help maintain a consistent, professional online presence.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves photography and short-form video
- Wants stable, predictable work
- Enjoys being part of a mission-driven business
- Is not looking to start their own agency or freelance business
Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content on-site (iPhone and/or camera)
- Film short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit photos and videos for social media use
- Write simple, on-brand captions
- Organize and manage weekly content workflow
- Maintain consistent posting and content quality
- Collaborate with the team to plan content in advance
Qualifications
- Experience with social media content creation
- Strong photography and basic videography skills
- Comfortable filming people and everyday moments
- Experience with basic editing tools (Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site in Sarasota on a consistent weekly schedule

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time to start (15–25 hours per week), with potential to grow
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience - $25 per hour and/or based on experience)
