About The Role
We’re seeking an energetic Social Media Coordinator to help build and elevate our online presence. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling digital content, engaging our audience, and telling our story across platforms. If you’re creative, organized, and have a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to grow reach and interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, leadership) to source and share stories, updates, and content
- Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data
- Respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Research new platforms, content ideas, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve
- Coordinate with Content Team
- Coordinate Paid Ads on Socials
- Manage Community Engagement across platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of social media experience (internships and personal projects count)
- Strong written communication skills with a creative eye for engaging content
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and content management tools
- Basic understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks) a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Positive team player who thrives in a creative, collaborative workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
