WeCapture Media is a creative-first media and marketing company producing high-quality content for brands across multiple industries. Our work spans short-form social content, photography, podcasting, brand storytelling, and on-site media days.
As we’ve grown, we launched WeCapture Dental, our full-service marketing division dedicated to dental and healthcare practices nationwide. We help practices show up consistently online through strong social media strategy, thoughtful content, and modern marketing systems.

The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategy Lead (contract-based) to help support and grow our dental and healthcare clients’ social media presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone who can plan content, collaborate with creatives, communicate with clients, and help bring social campaigns to life.
You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and operations team to manage content calendars, guide creative direction, and ensure social media efforts feel aligned, intentional, and on-brand.
This is a hybrid role based in Astoria, Queens, with some in-office time (especially during onboarding) and flexibility as you settle in.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Planning and managing social media strategies for dental and healthcare clients
- Building monthly content calendars focused on education, growth, and brand presence
- Collaborating with designers, editors, and videographers on social content
- Helping guide creative direction while respecting brand guidelines
- Supporting and occasionally attending on-site media days
- Monitoring performance and adjusting strategy as needed
- Engaging with client accounts and helping maintain an active online presence
You’ll also help coordinate social-related assets with our graphic designer and work closely with our operations team to keep everything organized and on track.
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone comfortable working in a startup-style environment
- Experience in an agency setting is strongly preferred
- Background in healthcare, dental, or beauty marketing is a plus
- Strong understanding of social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Meta
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Familiar with content planning, analytics, and social trends
- Experience using project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
- CRM familiarity is helpful (we use GoHighLevel)
A degree in marketing, communications, or media is preferred, but relevant experience matters more.
