🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Assistant (AI & Growth Focus)

Tag! Fundraising was recently recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as one of Alabama’s Startups to Watch. We are a small, fast-moving team building a platform for youth sports fundraising, and we are looking for a junior, early-career marketer who is curious, creative, and excited about both sports and AI-powered marketing.
This role is focused on customer acquisition through heavy experimentation. You will explore where athletes, coaches and parents show up in the world and on social media, test creative ideas to get their attention, and convert. You will have real freedom to experiment, learn quickly, and help shape how we bring Tag! to market.
Because our team is small, this is a hands-on role where you will learn by doing and gain exposure to the full go-to-market process.
What You’ll Do
- Explore and help choose social platforms
- Create and test short-form content using AI tools, automation, and light original recording
- Experiment with messaging that resonates with sports teams, coaches, and families
- Track what works, learn from what does not, and iterate very quickly
- Support customer acquisition efforts by driving curiosity and sign-ups
Who This Is For
- Current students, recent grads, or early-career marketers
- Interest or background in sports, youth athletics, or sports marketing strongly preferred
- No degree required. Curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most
- Excited by AI tools, automation, and trying new ideas
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
