We are seeking a production-focused Social Media Content Producer to support two established beauty brands, The Lash Lounge (TLL) and SugaringLA (SLA). This role works closely with the Director of Business Development, Marketing, and Sales and is primarily executional, with limited, tactical creative collaboration.
Overall content strategy, brand direction, and publishing are handled internally. This role supports execution by capturing high-quality content, contributing practical shoot-day ideas, and delivering edited assets for social use.
How This Role Works
Content strategy, priorities, and guardrails are defined internally.
Light collaboration occurs around production-day execution (angles, formats, transitions, trend-aware execution that fits the brands).
A shot list and creative direction are provided ahead of each shoot.
Quarterly production days are scheduled to capture content in a single day.
Video and photo content is captured on-site, edited, and delivered as finalized assets.
Scheduling, captions, publishing, and performance tracking are managed internally.
Responsibilities
Capture short-form vertical video for Instagram Reels and Facebook
Capture clean, on-brand static photography for social use
Provide light creative input during filming to improve execution quality
Follow established brand guidelines for TLL and SLA
Edit content for social delivery (trimming, formatting, basic color correction)
Deliver final assets on agreed timelines
What This Role Is Not
No posting, scheduling, or account management
No analytics, reporting, or community management
No copywriting or campaign ownership
