We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Multicultural Marketing in Fountain Valley to support the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across diverse consumer segments for our client. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for multicultural marketing, strong project management skills, and a desire to be hands-on in bringing campaigns to life across multiple disciplines — from media and experiential to digital and social.

You’ll work closely with the Manager of Multicultural Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with PR, CSR, and general market teams to ensure cultural authenticity and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of multicultural marketing campaigns, including project coordination, timeline tracking, and asset management.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to execute advertising, media, and experiential programs.
Review creative assets and scripts for grammatical accuracy and cultural relevance.
Maintain and update campaign timelines, production schedules, and multicultural team calendars.
Participate in agency meetings, campaign briefings, creative reviews, sponsorship and experiential planning sessions, and event activations.
Assist in managing vehicle logistics, reporting, and light budget tracking in partnership with marketing analysts.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and client-facing presentations supporting campaign performance and KPI tracking.
Contribute to corporate multicultural awareness initiatives, helping foster inclusivity and engagement across internal employee resource groups.
Stay up to date on evolving cultural, media, and marketing trends across all relevant segments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; high school diploma required.
6+ years of total experience, including at least 2 years in marketing or advertising (automotive, agency, QSR, or consumer brand experience a plus).
Strong passion for multicultural marketing and cultural storytelling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic data reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience reviewing creative content and ensuring cultural and brand integrity.
Knowledge of campaign management, client presentations, and project coordination.
