WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROCKSTAR!!!!!
About Us
Kindred is a leader in the sales industry, driven by an outstanding and highly motivated door-to-door sales force. Our culture is built on competition, teamwork, recognition, and hosting high-energy events. Our social media presence is our primary tool for sales rep recruitment, motivation, and retention, showcasing our best people and the incredible opportunities we offer.
The Role: The Sales Team’s Storyteller
We are searching for a creative, hands-on, and highly autonomous Social Media Strategist who is energized by the sales world. You will be embedded with our sales team, tasked with translating the intensity and success of our door-to-door efforts and internal events into compelling social media narratives.
You will be the sole driver of our online culture, responsible for strategy, capturing content, creating posts, and running campaigns that make our sales reps feel recognized and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Rep Culture & Recruitment Content
- Employee Spotlights: Design and execute ongoing content series that celebrate sales rep milestones, top performers, weekly wins, and promotions (e.g., "Rep of the Week," "Closer of the Month").
- Recruitment Funnel: Create strategic content (short-form video, testimonials, day-in-the-life) that clearly communicates the career growth, earnings potential, and vibrant culture of our door-to-door team to attract new recruits.
- Motivational Content: Develop engaging posts, reels, and stories that celebrate the "hustle," share motivational tips, and drive team morale.
2. Event and Activity Documentation (Full-Cycle)
- Live Event Capture: Serve as the primary content creator for all company events, including training, team outings, sales blitzes, and recognition ceremonies. This requires being present, fast, and agile in capturing high-quality photo and video.
- Content Production: Produce high-impact, edited content from captured footage, including recap videos, photo carousels, and behind-the-scenes stories, often within a 24-hour turnaround.
- Strategy & Planning: Come up with the best ideas for how to use our events (like the parking lot car show) to create maximum social buzz for our team.
3. Strategy, Execution & Management
- End-to-End Ownership: Own the social media process from ideation to posting to performance review. You are the strategist and the hands-on executor.
- Freelance Management: Occasionally manage and direct outsourced editors (e.g., via Upwork) for quick turnaround or specialized edits.
- Analytics: Track key metrics focused on engagement, reach, and recruitment lead quality, providing actionable insights for continued growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand where employee culture and recruitment were the primary goals (e.g., high-growth sales teams, multi-level organizations, or franchise models).
- Sales Acumen: A quick and genuine understanding of the direct/door-to-door sales model, the mindset of a sales rep, and what motivates them (recognition, money, competition).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert in short-form video creation and editing (Reels/TikTok style), photography, and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva).
- Autonomy: Proven ability to rapidly come up with content ideas, capture footage on-site, and deliver polished content without extensive oversight.
- Energy: Must possess the high energy and enthusiasm required to engage with and film high-performing sales teams.
