Unique Homes Media, Inc. (UHM) is a full-service media and advertising agency with 50+ years, providing leading content and marketing services across the luxury real estate community. They are the leader in high-end print magazine(s), online publications, social and programmatic media, and direct-to-customer communications.
We are seeking an entry level Social Media individual to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute paid social media campaigns from start to finish and create organic social media content. You will also leverage different data sets and technology to optimize the performance of the paid media programs through different audience optimization and targeting. The right candidate will understand social media performance metrics and analytics. They will also be responsible for developing customer reports, guidance and campaign guidance/options for clients moving forward. Internally, you will need to provide daily and monthly reporting of your activities.
This will require you to maintain multiple spreadsheets, utilizing tools and management software.This person will have great organizational skills, be a clear communicator and have fantastic time management. You will be reliable, organized and customer focused.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Create and lead new social media campaigns.
- Strategically build monthly calendars for social content and digital orders.
- Ensure social media programs are on time and on budget.
- Pitch new ideas and continually evolve your skills to stay relevant.
- Create engaging graphics and videos
Additional Duties:
- Paid Media experience across most social platforms (LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter),
Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience with Canva and an interest and passion for utilizing AI technology.
- Managing different data sets (high level of proficiency in Excel, Google sheets, etc)
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of buying social media within an agency environment or the client side.
- Experience with social media content creation and management tools (Sprout Social and Later.)
- Video understanding and capabilities to create beginner level video content.
- Strategically minded thinker, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities – “can-do” approach
- “A Get It Done” attitude: the desire to take initiative and actively contribute.
