Overview
We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized Marketing & Operations Campaign Assistant to support our marketing, events, and administrative operations across
ILIM School and
Inspire the Child, our nonprofit organization.
This role combines digital marketing, campaign execution, event coordination, communication management, and administrative support. You’ll take ownership of multiple campaigns—from ideation to launch—while assisting with day-to-day operations, handling family inquiries, and working directly with leadership.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, design-minded, confident speaking with families and partners, and comfortable using AI and digital tools to streamline work.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns for ILIM School and Inspire the Child.
- Write and design campaign materials including flyers, newsletters, blog posts, and digital content.
- Manage social media posting, engagement, and analytics across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Capture, edit, and publish photo and video content that highlights our programs and events.
- Work with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, automation platforms, etc.) to improve workflows, generate content, and optimize campaigns.
Events & Networking
- Plan and manage community and school events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate vendors, volunteers, guest lists, and logistics.
- Host and represent the organization at networking and community events.
- Capture event highlights for social media and follow-up communications.
Tours & Community Engagement
- Take calls and respond to inquiries for ILIM School and Inspire the Child.
- Schedule and host family tours, providing a clear, warm, and informative experience.
- Follow up with prospective families and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, and contact databases.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal communications.
- Support coordination between departments and external partners.
- Handle basic data entry, filing, and organization of digital assets.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Canva
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation platforms ll
- Experience managing social media content and engagement.
- Comfortable hosting events, tours, and professional conversations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
Growth & Compensation
- Part time ( $25-$28 per hr) +KPI based bonus
