Overview
Stay Calm Industries is a creative marketing and advertising agency based in Allentown, PA, specializing in branding, web design, and strategic marketing for clients across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager / Traffic Coordinator to help keep projects running smoothly across our internal team and client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication using ClickUp
- Request, collect, and manage print quotes from vendors and partners
- Conduct research to support client strategies and creative production
- Request updates, materials, and feedback from clients and team members
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in maintaining documentation, budgets, and production schedules
- Support account leads and creative teams with organizational tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
- Basic understanding of creative, marketing, and production workflows
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative production preferred
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
