About the Role
Center for Change is seeking a creative and motivated freelance Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is a freelance position and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content that highlights our mission, programs, and community.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Photography: Capture candid, high-quality photos of events, staff, and CFC life to highlight our programs and culture.
- Videography: Create short-form video content for social media, including interviews, behind-the-scenes features, and program spotlights.
- Editing: Edit photos and videos for polish and consistency with brand style.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Director to align content with ongoing campaigns and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media content creation, photography, and video editing.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute a content calendar.
- Strong eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
- Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Time Commitment
- Approximately 2 - 4 hours per week (flexible scheduling). Candidate must reside in Utah and be able to easily travel to Center for Change in Orem to film content and capture photos.
Compensation
- To be discussed, based on experience and scope of work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week
