We're hiring an experienced and creative Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join us!
Freelance or Part-Time (10–15 hours per week)
Location: Must be based in Nashville and able to come into the office to film content
Pay: Between the range of $19-$21

ABOUT YOU

Strong eye for brand aesthetic and how to bring it to life across social channels
Minimum 1 year experience in a social media role (more is a bonus)
Proven experience growing and managing social media communities with measurable results
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand communication skills
Passion for digital trends and community building
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, positive, collaborative, and able to work independently

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Marketing (60%)

Create and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Manage daily posting, engagement, and Stories for brand + store accounts
Film and edit short-form videos (tutorials, features, BTS)
Create shoppable TikTok Shop content
Be on-camera talent for social content
Track performance and share weekly insights
Support product launches, promotions, and collaborations
Connect with and nurture our community on social media
Host and participate in our Live Events with our community

Email Marketing (30%)

Design and send email campaigns (Klaviyo training provided)
Come up with creative ideas that stand out and drive sales
Research trends and competitors

Events (10%)

Capture content at in-store events, fairs, and local community activities
Promote events across socials
Assist at events when needed (bonus)
