We are looking for an experienced, high-functioning and motivated marketing multi-tasker; an entertainment industry rising star that has an exceptionally creative marketing and project management skill set. You are a proficient storyteller and copywriter, with a specific interest in and experience with progressive/digital PR and influencer marketing, but are excited to wear multiple hats and support this small but growing team as needed to serve as an ideation specialist / creative director / digital strategist / PowerPoint (or Google Slides) expert / event planner in an entrepreneurial environment. Your addition to the team will enhance company productivity and brand reputation by compensating for our team weaknesses, enhancing professionalism, expanding productivity, and increasing the organization of the company.

THE ROLE:
Under supervision of the RESULTS GLOBAL leadership, this full-time role as a Marketing & Communications Manager will play a key role in supporting our Client projects and developing the company's internal and external communications/PR resources and perspective on behalf of Clients. You will be responsible for identifying new and innovative ways to connect our brand clients with key target audiences through traditional and non-traditional earned media, as well as through influencer marketing tactics. Additionally, you'll help maintain and grow a positive public image for our company. More specifically, a key focus of this role will be digital PR: developing strategies and storytelling that maximize online platforms, content marketing, and SEO principles to build our Clients' online reputations, increase visibility of key messaging, and achieve measurable online results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience and expertise in securing impactful brand stories across digital, social and broadcast channels.
Detailed Responsibilities:
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS / PR MANAGEMENT
- Drive and execute consumer PR-centric marketing campaigns to connect with key audiences and deepen brand narratives through storytelling with PR + SEO best practices in mind.

Own and continue to build Company relationships across traditional media, social, and digital channels.

Proactively identify storytelling opportunities for music/entertainment/lifestyle marketing and brand brand priorities, even during off-cycle time periods.

Evaluate opportunities with a strategic understanding of the impact, resources and expenses required, and potential risk for Client/Brand.

Develop project marketing plans and client-facing deliverables with a marketing communications lens to ensure consistent messaging and branding across a given project (creative, copy, one-sheets, email communication, etc.). Identify any potential missing gaps.

Research, pursue and develop creative ideas, new opportunities, and campaign strategies related to digital PR and influencer marketing for specific projects as requested. Support our digital marketing team as it relates specifically to “digital PR” and SEO best practices.

Create talking points/scripts and contribute to interviews, presentations, and strategic support for executives, public figure clients, brand ambassadors, and/or any applicable cross-functional stakeholder as needed.

Support and liaise with existing client publicity teams and other third-party partners to maximize synergy and efficiencies.
DEPARTMENT STRUCTURE & ORGANIZATION
- Monitor client activity and media coverage to keep up to date on client careers, update materials as needed. Set Google alerts, etc. on clients, projects, and/or key competitors and alert team with any notable information.

Collect and organize press clippings for recap and archiving purposes.

Prepare and organize press releases, media kits, pitches and other promotional materials and PR content for team collaboration and/or media use, within the RG Google Drive system.

Conduct targeted research on industry trends, media outlets, journalists, influencers, viral trends, and competitor activities to develop PR strategies / ideas for specific projects and/or clients. Utilize key PR-centric software or other industry resources for best-in-class efficiencies (i.e. Muck Rack)

Setup Google alerts, and any other applicable tracking for clients/client projects.

Create and maintain a comprehensive PR contacts database, to include press, digital outlets, influencers, etc.

Create and manage an influencer database specific to each client (or tag as appropriate in a master database)

Create targeted recommendations for event guest lists and coverage needs to achieve marketing goals when applicable.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client meetings as it relates to PR services.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and report on key metrics.

Contribute to the planning and execution of press-centric events, product launches, and other PR activities as needed. This may include event logistics, preparing materials, vetting guest lists, etc.

Assist when needed to book and oversee meeting/project plans, travel, reservations, event arrangements and other scheduling related needs;

Collectively with other team members, monitor office equipment, supplies and inventory, and request or place orders as needed (based on budget guidelines);

Able and willing to put time in after hours and on weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications and/or Competencies/Skills - THIS POSITION
- 5+ years of related marketing experience within the world of consumer brand communications and publicity, with strong media contacts and relationships, traditional and digital. (Please include references for all work experience to be considered.)

Exceptionally creative with the ability to actualize big ideas. Specifically, has the ability to create decks/one sheets (Google Slides, Canva, Keynote or PowerPoint) to craft visually compelling pitches, project plans, and recaps. Must have a creative perspective as it relates to marketing assets and storytelling, and be able to communicate creative direction to clients/partners/vendors.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns. Familiarity with PR resources and software preferred, such as Muck Rack, Coverage Book, etc.

Strong copywriter, editor, and proofreader, with meticulous attention to detail.

This is a full-time role, requiring full-time professional commitment. Must not have another concurrent marketing or PR job or contract (freelance or in house), unless approved by management.
