Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid — Remote + In-Person Support)
Hours: Part-Time | Flexible
Rate: $15–$18/hr based on experience + gas stipend for shoots
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team part-time. This hybrid role combines working remotely with in-person support during content shoots, agency tasks, and occasional days at our Coconut Grove headquarters. You’ll work directly with the founder of 197 as her right hand—supporting day-to-day operations, assisting during shoots, and helping bring creative projects to life.
What You’ll Do
- Be on set during client content shoots to assist with logistics, props, and BTS capture
- Capture iPhone & Camera phootage for small social shoots
- Help prep for shoots (sourcing materials, organizing moodboards, scheduling talent/location)
- Draft captions, organize content calendars, and prep content for posting
- Save trending sounds, organize UGC libraries, and support content planning
- Run light errands or pickups as needed for client or agency shoots
- Work from our Coconut Grove HQ from time to time for team sessions, shoot prep, or content days
- Support the founder with light personal assistant-type tasks and creative execution
We’d Love If You:
- Are based in Miami with flexibility to attend shoots, work sessions, and be on-site when needed
- Are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Have a passion for social media, aesthetics, branding, and content creation
- Know your way around IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and love a well-curated feed
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Canva, CapCut, Google Drive, or social tools like Notion
