Primary Responsibilities:
Digital Platforms Management

Optimize and maintain the church website & mobile app with timely updates and relevant content

Manage all social media platforms (@crosspointcity) with consistent, creative, and engaging content

Analyze performance metrics and implement data-informed strategies
Creative Project & Vendor Management

Coordinate and prioritize all internal graphic design and content requests

Manage relationships with freelance/contract creatives to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery

Maintain an organized system for managing project timelines and approvals
Event & Campaign Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for church-wide events and conferences

Build unified promotional campaigns across web, social, email, and app platforms

Partner with ministries and leadership to align messaging and branding
Team & Leadership Development

Equip and encourage serve team members through leadership development strategies

Provide coaching, tools, and training that align with team goals and communication standards
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position involves working mostly indoors. It necessitates the capacity for prolonged sitting, occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 15 pounds, with assistance may be required. Proficiency in operating a computer, phone system, and other office equipment is necessary.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. The regular schedule is Sunday - Thursday; however, work hours may vary and can be inconsistent or irregular depending on operational needs.
