International Business Development Executive (Remote - USA Focus) – Freelance Independent Contractor

Role Description:
This is an entrepreneurial, commission-based remote role for a motivated Business Development Executive focused on the USA market. You will act as Astratek Creations’ primary business representative in the USA, responsible for driving new business and building long-term client relationships.
Location: Fully Remote within the USA.
- Note on Focus: While this role covers all 50 states, we have a history of successful partnerships and clients in the Texas region (including San Antonio, TX) and encourage candidates with connections or a strong interest in developing this existing base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US creative and design market.
- Generate and qualify leads, converting prospects into closed projects.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all US business inquiries and client communication.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication between US clients and the Astratek Creations project team.
- Provide strategic insights for business growth and market expansion in the USA.
Compensation & Role Structure:
- Type: Freelance Independent Contractor (not an employee position)
- Compensation: Purely commission-based, with up to 60% on successful project sales
- Flexibility: Fully remote and autonomous — manage your own schedule and workload
- Responsibility: As a 1099 contractor, you’ll handle your own taxes, equipment, and expenses
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build business relationships.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, particularly in lead generation and deal closing.
- Solid business acumen and ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills (non-negotiable).
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
