The Director of Marketing will oversee the day-to-day execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing initiatives across Brello’s portfolio of health and wellness brands. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy and execution. You will transform leadership direction into tangible results by managing campaign builds, creative workflows, and performance analysis.
Reporting directly to the VP of E-Commerce, the Director will collaborate with design, development, product, and paid media teams to deliver unified, high-performing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and eCommerce environment.
Strategic Execution & Project Management
Translate the VP of E-Commerce’s vision into actionable marketing plans, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns, product launches, landing pages, and brand initiatives.
Manage the flow of tasks among designers, developers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain visibility and accountability using ClickUp or Monday.com, flagging blockers and anticipating next steps.
Balance high-level strategic oversight with hands-on implementation where necessary.
Campaign Management & CRO Optimization
Oversee the QA, build, and launch of digital campaigns across paid media, email, and owned channels.
Execute A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance and on-site engagement.
Use GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and Shopify dashboards to monitor key metrics and identify trends or anomalies.
Collaborate with creative and UGC teams to refine copy, design, and audience targeting for maximum conversion.
Prepare and present campaign performance summaries, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with internal creative, product, and marketing teams to maintain cohesive brand storytelling.
Manage agency partners and freelancers to ensure deliverables align with project goals and timelines.
Support leadership through concise progress updates and by surfacing operational efficiencies.
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration across all marketing touchpoints.
Platform Oversight & Technical Quality Assurance
Supervise operations and integrations across project management, eCommerce, email, analytics, and affiliate systems.
Conduct pre-launch QA for branding, responsiveness, tracking accuracy, and data integrity.
Ensure all campaigns maintain compliance with relevant advertising standards and wellness industry regulations.
Reporting, Insights & Continuous Optimization
Develop consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs and deliver insights to leadership.
Identify performance trends and translate data into strategic recommendations.
Maintain a repository of A/B test results and campaign learnings for future reference.
Provide quarterly marketing summaries and participate in annual planning sessions to refine growth strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or growth execution.
Proven success leading marketing for DTC/eCommerce brands, ideally within wellness, lifestyle, or consumer health.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM/automation software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
Experience managing agency relationships and freelance teams.
Hands-on familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, and Northbeam.
Working knowledge of A/B testing, CRO strategy, and attribution tracking.
Experience operating in both B2C and B2B environments.
Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or health-oriented products.
Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
