ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a creative, organized Part-Time Marketing and Content Assistant (10-15 hrs/week) to help us execute and plan our marketing road map. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, social media, and storytelling - and wants to help us bring our brand voice to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Help release weekly content: YouTube, podcast, Reels, TikToks and blog recaps
- Draft, format, and send our weekly newsletter
- Post and schedule content across platforms
- Keep content library organized
- Track growth and engagement metrics
- Help manage CRM
SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Strong writing/editing skills
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and able to create and follow a clear content calendar
- Familiar with Google Drive, scheduling tools, and Mailchimp
- A strong design eye

THE DEETS:
- Part time: 10-15 hours per week

- Mostly remote work with occasional on-site work in Salt Lake City, UT
