Legacy Padel and Pickleball is developing premium padel and pickleball clubs in Texas. We are seeking a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to lead our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sports project from its early stages.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (digital and offline).
- Manage investments across Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencers, and other media.
- Develop the club’s branding and positioning.
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Build an engaged online community.
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with club events.
SEO & SEM
- Optimize our website for search engines to drive organic traffic.
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies.
Creative & Multimedia
- Plan and execute video and photo content for events and promotions.
- Collaborate with creators and players for engaging visual campaigns.
- Edit content for social media and advertising use.
Events & Partnerships
- Support the promotion of events and tournaments.
- Assist in developing sponsorship and brand partnerships.
- Help organize on-site activations to enhance the guest experience.
Data & Performance
- Analyze marketing and social media metrics.
- Optimize acquisition and engagement based on performance data.
- Track ROI and continuously improve campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Strong skills in video content creation and editing.
- Experience in sports or event marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
- Interest in padel, pickleball, or sports in general is highly valued.
