About Us: Frank. is a full-service creative agency specializing in branding, website design, packaging, and social media content. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our contractor network with a skilled Webflow Website Developer to support our ongoing project needs.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced freelance Webflow Website Developer to collaborate with our team on creating high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites. This role requires 15-35 hours per month (depending on task flow), with opportunities for additional work as projects arise.
Pay: $30 per hour on average
What You’ll Do:
- Lead visual design and development stages from concept to final implementation.
- Conceptualize and design original website ideas that simplify complex user journeys and enhance usability.
- Develop wireframes that outline website flow, function, and features for a seamless development process.
- Transform wireframes and design briefs from our in-house graphic designers into fully functional, responsive websites.
- Develop and implement high-quality websites using WebFlow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Utilize headless CMS solutions to build scalable and flexible web applications.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align websites with branding and campaign goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Webflow web designer and developer with a portfolio showcasing Webflow web projects.
- Strong proficiency in WebFlow and Figma.
- Proficiency in custom coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with headless CMS solutions.
- Ability to interpret wireframes and design briefs to create functional, visually appealing websites.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (a plus but not required).
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- You must submit a portfolio with examples of Webflow development and design work. Applications that do not include a portfolio will not be considered. Applications that do not include Webflow experience will not be considered.
- Webflow and Figma experience are required for this role.
