Who We’re Looking For:

An iOS mobile developer
Someone who knows dating apps—you’ve used them and understand their flaws.
Someone who wants more than just another job—you want to build something big.
An independent thinker—I don’t micromanage, I trust you to own your role while I own mine (UI/UX design).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building the app from the ground up (frontend & backend).
Choosing the best tech stack, you have full say.
Developing key features like Låse, profile verification, in-app chat, and monetization.
Implementing security features (Apple ID login, government ID verification).
Helping shape the app’s direction, your ideas matter here.

What’s the Catch?

I’ll be upfront and say that this is not a salaried job.

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity. If that’s a deal-breaker for you, no hard feelings.

But if you’ve ever wanted to OWN a major stake in something that could take off, then this is that chance.

Developer: 45% equity (You’re the technical co-founder.)
UI/UX Designer: 10% equity (Hiring later. Design isn’t the priority yet.)
Me (Founder, Creative, Business Lead, and Lead UI/UX Designer): 45% equity (Managing vision & operations.)

How We’ll Fund & Sustain Development

We’re not just throwing this into the wind and hoping for the best. There’s a plan:

Bootstrap & reinvest early revenue (microtransactions, early sign-ups, ads).
Seek angel investors/VC funding if the app gains traction.
Explore startup grants & accelerators to help us scale.

This means as soon as we make money, it goes back into development. No one is working for free forever.
