Are you passionate about empowering women and making a difference in skill development and livelihood programs? Tamas Society is seeking a dynamic Consultant/Grant Writer to collaborate on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Government-funded projects that aim to uplift women across India.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Research and write compelling proposals for CSR and government grants to support skill development and livelihood initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Tamas Society team to identify funding opportunities and align project goals with donor priorities.
- Design project plans, budgets, and proposals to meet grant and CSR requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and donors.
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and provide timely updates on project progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in grant writing, proposal development, and CSR project management.
- Familiarity with government schemes and CSR funding processes related to women’s livelihood and skill development.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a freelance, results-oriented environment.
- Passionate about women’s empowerment and social impact.
