Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and drive all paid and organic digital marketing efforts. This role will take ownership of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media management, campaign development and execution, and analytics reporting while also managing and enhancing HubSpot Marketing Hub and other marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will be critical in optimizing digital marketing and will develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement, leveraging web, social media, and campaign analytics to maximize ROI and KPI performance. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, this role requires cross-functional collaboration across time zones, overseeing digital marketing and campaign programs across multiple regions while ensuring execution aligns with business goals and budgets.

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute integrated paid and organic digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts by implementing best practices, automation, and emerging tools
HubSpot Marketing Hub & Marketing Automation
Fully manage, optimize, and enhance HubSpot Marketing Hub to drive automation, lead nurturing, and engagement
Develop and execute marketing workflows, social media & email campaigns, and landing pages
Integrate HubSpot with digital marketing channels to enhance tracking, reporting, and efficiency
SEO & Website Management
Implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve search rankings and organic traffic
Optimize website content, keywords, and user experience for conversion optimization and lead generation
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Lead and develop paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media) to maximize ROI
Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns and B2B thought leadership content
Optimize ad spend, targeting, A/B testing, keyword research, and messaging for data-driven ad performance
Social Media & Content Marketing
Fully own and manage LinkedIn and other social media channels, implementing both organic and paid strategies
Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, blogs, emails, case studies, and more to support campaigns
Maintain a content calendar to ensure high-quality and consistent engagement across all social platforms
Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to develop or enhance content execution
Campaign Development & Lead Generation
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement
Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and content to improve conversion rates and drive lead generation
Analytics, Reporting & Data-Driven Optimization
Own/manage Google Analytics, social media analytics, and HubSpot marketing reports to track digital performance
Track and report on SEO, website traffic, paid ad performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness, including competitor analysis
Analyze data trends, measure ROI/KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities are required at this time. Global vendor and freelance management are applicable.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, incl. SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, and analytics
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar tools)
Proven ability to own and manage marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and campaign execution
Proven experience in developing high-performing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media campaigns to drive high ROI and lead generation
Strong hands-on experience in Google Analytics, social media insights, and data-driven reporting
Proven content creation experience, including basic graphics, video clips, and written content
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving and creative thinking
Experience in B2B marketing healthcare sector (Medical Device/CDMO industries preferred, but not required)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field preferred
Flexibility to work across time zones due to global project management and willingness to travel for business
