Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Marketer to secure new clients for our Business Development & Marketing Firm. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. The ideal candidate has experience in small business and B2B sales and excels at identifying client needs while demonstrating how our firm’s services can help drive their business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate, manage & close leads and increase sales.
•Identify and engage potential clients through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
•Collaborate with business partners to align services a client may need & marketing efforts with revenue goals.
•Identify potential client needs & liaison partnership to alleviate their need.
•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
•Conduct market research to identify target demographics and emerging opportunities.
•Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize campaign performance.
•Report marketing campaign results and provide insights to enhance future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or sales (experience in healthcare marketing, lead generation, retail, business-to-business (B2B), small business, or small business development is a plus).
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Objectives:
A successful Marketer should have:
•Prior experience working in advertising, sales, content creation, or media.
•At least two years of experience in a marketing role or a similar position with transferable skills, such as an Advertising Executive.
•Experience in social media, healthcare marketing, retail marketing, local construction services, small business, business development & business workforce services are a plus.
•Experience working in a start up is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role, meaning earnings are directly tied to performance. Compensation will be based on successfully acquired clients or sales generated through marketing efforts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
