Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Marketing Strategist, preferably in the construction industry.
- Existing freelancer status with experience serving multiple clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; heavy communication via text, email, etc., is a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Must not be part-time while engaged in another full-time job.
