Summary:
Create engaging visual content for promotional and educational materials.
Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually engaging marketing and educational materials, including brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentations, and web assets. Under the direction of the Commercial Excellence training and education team, you will support field competence in clinical knowledge, technical expertise, customer understanding, and sales effectiveness. Collaborating with global marketing, commercial marketing, HR, and internal communications, you will ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
In this role, you will audit and proofread materials for brand consistency and accuracy while staying updated on design trends and publishing best practices. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator—will be essential for executing high-quality designs that support product launches and sales initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.
Day in the Life of a Graphic Designer:
- Design brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentations, and web assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
- Collaborate with internal teams for creative direction and feedback
- Audit marketing and educational materials for compliance
- Stay updated on design trends and printing standards
Qualifications of a Graphic Designer:
- Associate’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Understanding of printing processes and digital publishing standards
- Strong communication and time-management skills
