About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our clients' social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, social trends, and has an eye for engaging visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Attend occasional in-person content shoots in LA
- Source and organize user-generated content and brand assets
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination
- Help analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Who You Are:
- Based in Los Angeles (must be available for occasional in-person shoots)
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Skilled in writing engaging captions and community engagement
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other basic editing tools (a plus!)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
