Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Engagement Marketing Planning and Measurement Manager to elevate the effectiveness of our sponsorship initiatives and engagement events within the Asian American market . This role will be responsible for developing sponsorship and engagement marketing plans, optimizing activation strategies, and measuring performance to ensure alignment with client business objectives.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing cross-functional relationships to maximize ROI on sponsorship and engagement event investments . This position requires a strong understanding of performance measurement, audience insights, and activation planning to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Engagement Strategy
- Develop and execute sponsorship and engagement marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and target audience insights.
- Identify and evaluate new sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sponsorship and engagement initiatives into broader marketing and business strategies.
- Oversee sponsorship contract negotiations, ensuring deliverables and KPIs are clearly defined.
Activation & Execution
- Partner with account services, strategy, and creative teams to develop compelling activation strategies.
- Manage the seamless execution of sponsorship campaigns, including event integrations, content creation, and digital amplification.
- Work with external agencies, rights holders, and sponsors to maximize the value of each partnership.
Measurement & Reporting
- Apply performance metrics and measurement frameworks to assess sponsorship impact.
- Track and analyze sponsorship effectiveness using data-driven insights, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Develop post-event reports, case studies, and ROI assessments to guide future strategies.
- Utilize audience data, brand sentiment analysis, and engagement metrics to refine sponsorship approaches.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage sponsorship budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenses, negotiate costs, and maintain financial accountability for all partnerships.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsorship partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship agreements.
- Identify opportunities for co-branded initiatives and cross-promotional partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, brand partnerships, or marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in measuring sponsorship ROI and developing performance reports.
- Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in sponsorship valuation tools, audience measurement platforms, and marketing analytics software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, casino, entertainment, sports, and consumer brands.
- Knowledge of media planning, event marketing, and digital sponsorship activations.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Salesforce.
- Bilingual or trilingual proficiency is a plus.
