ABOUT THE ROLE:
Trailer Park Group seeks a
Freelance Creative Producer to join our growing Integrated marketing division. This person will produce holistic, integrated campaigns (including strategy, key art, AV, social, ooh, experience, etc.) and social media campaigns as part of our Integrated Marketing team across film, TV, and streaming clients. They’ll work closely with the creative, strategy, and account teams at the agency to accomplish each project and be responsible for shepherding their projects from the initial client brief through the pitch process, creative development, final delivery, and anything else in between.

IMPORTANT CALL OUTS:
- This position seeks only those candidates who have worked on entertainment client campaigns--specifically, streaming television/film/original content clients preferred
- Experience as a producer on integrated and/or social media campaigns at a marketing agency required
- This role starts as soon as possible, so quick availability is helpful
- The role is freelance to staff, hoping this person may convert to full-time staff later.
- Please note that this freelance position will be paid via w2 payroll by Trailer Park Group.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage multiple projects seamlessly and efficiently, coordinating between departments internally, ensuring project timelines are met, and resolving project issues as they arise.
- Communicate with clients for all project-related updates, deliveries, and issues and communicate client feedback and business needs to the internal team
- Develop, maintain, and effectively executive project plans throughout the life of assigned projects, according to established procedures, channels, and success expectations
- Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements
- Plan for and acquire appropriately skilled project resources to complete assigned tasks and contribute to establishing a project vision together with the Director of Operations.
- Participate in developing and maintaining all legal documentation, e.g., Statements of Work, Change Order Requests, etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of ideas and directions as they develop via a strong understanding of the entertainment marketing landscape. And contribute creative concepts as well!
- Work closely with our creative teams to provide creative review of ideation and assets, then make recommendations to Creative Directors and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain all project deliverables, including project trackers, budgets, project plans, issue logs, status reports, change orders, etc.
- Work remotely, but be available to meet onsite for client screenings, lunches, and team meetings, as required
- Other duties as required by team leadership
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a integrated or social producer in an agency environment
- Entertainment client experience (television/film/streaming) required
- Ability to think outside the box and consistently bring fresh ideas and approaches to new and existing client projects
- Solid understanding of all social platforms and functionality of, but not limited to (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Snap, Twitch, etc.)
- Solid understanding of project management processes, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills

COMPENSATION:
Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly). Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.
