About the Team & the Role

Are you passionate about the intersection of creator culture and community building? We are partnering with a world-leading travel brand to find a dynamic Senior Specialist, Creator & Social. This hybrid role sits at the heart of the Creator & Social team, blending the expertise of a creator specialist with the agility of a social media manager. You will be the driving force behind a high-profile ambassador program, turning authentic community interactions from viral comments to surprise-and-delight moments into compelling, brand-owned content.

This is a highly flexible, hands-on position designed for someone who thrives on building brand love through community empowerment. You will seamlessly navigate the fast-paced social landscape, stepping in wherever the team needs support. Your work will involve deep collaboration across Amplification, Brand, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure the brand resonates authentically wherever travelers spend their digital time.

If you are ready to harness the power of creators and community to shape the narrative of a top-tier global brand, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact at scale.

What You Will Do

Ambassador Program Leadership

Serve as the day-to-day lead for the brand's ambassador cohort, expertly managing relationships, detailed briefs, content reviews, and quarterly strategic planning.
Juggle multiple creator and ambassador partnerships simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, feedback is consistent, and relationships remain robust.
Collaborate closely with internal teams handling casting and contracting to guarantee alignment on rights, collaborations, and both paid and owned usage.
Monitor deliverable performance rigorously to inform future casting and contract renewals.

Community-Led Moments & Engagement

Monitor social channels and cultural conversations daily to identify actionable trends, passionate fans, and creators the brand can engage with to drive loyalty.
Execute end-to-end "Surprise & Delight" initiatives, managing everything from recipient selection and brand-safety checks to outreach and fulfillment.
Transform viral comments into premium brand-owned content, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial concept and outreach to production and publishing.
Engage directly with the community using the brand’s distinct voice, escalating sensitive issues through established protocols.

Stakeholder, Campaign & Workflow Management

Partner with diverse cross-functional stakeholders (Brand, PR, Legal, Customer Support, Regional Teams) to translate varied objectives into unified creator and community plans.
Build, refine, and scale content workflows—including intake forms, briefing templates, and approval processes—to serve multiple departments efficiently.
Manage single-market or product-specific campaigns from brainstorm to reporting, while supporting broader global campaigns.
Oversee creator content platforms, handle publishing tasks (collabs, dark posts, trackable links), and translate weekly performance data into actionable monthly insights.

What You Bring to the Table

Creator & Social Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in social media, community management, or creator/influencer marketing with a proven track record of managing multiple ambassadors simultaneously.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Extensive experience managing multiple stakeholders with differing objectives, effectively aligning them on core priorities and scaling content workflows.
Platform & Cultural Acumen: Exceptional community management skills coupled with a sharp, intuitive eye for emerging platform trends and cultural moments.
Data & Operations Proficiency: Comfort translating performance data into actionable recommendations; preferred experience with platforms like CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, or Smartsheet, and a natural curiosity about AI tools in social workflows.
