Location: Remote — US Preferred, Worldwide Considered

Start: ASAP

Character-driven collectibles brand with an established Web3 community, original artwork, and an expanding vision that includes physical collectibles, entertainment, and interactive experiences.

We're now preparing to introduce the brand to a much larger audience beyond Web3.

We have the characters. We have the creativity. We have exciting products in development.

Now we need someone who knows how to turn all of that into an audience and a community.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a creative, ambitious TikTok and Instagram growth specialist who understands how to build an audience organically.

Not someone who simply schedules posts.

We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, laugh, comment, share, follow, and eventually become part of a brand's community.

Someone who enjoys experimenting, understands internet culture, and gets excited about bringing characters and products to life through content.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and executing our TikTok and Instagram growth strategy.

- Creating and editing engaging short-form videos using existing brand assets, artwork, animations, prototypes, and original content.

- Developing creative concepts, hooks, recurring series, and content ideas.

- Managing consistent posting across both platforms.

- Actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and helping create a genuine sense of community.

- Identifying and engaging niche audiences, including collectible enthusiasts, designer toy fans, and other relevant groups.

- Identifying potential creator collaborations and organic growth opportunities.

- Tracking performance, testing new approaches, and providing simple weekly updates.

You'll work directly with the founders and our existing creative team.

We're not expecting you to create complex animations from scratch, but you should be comfortable producing engaging short-form content using available creative assets.

What Matters Most

Proven organic growth experience.

We want to see accounts you've helped grow, content you've created, and examples of real audience engagement.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:

- TikTok and Instagram Reels

- Short-form video editing and storytelling

- Organic follower growth

- Building communities around brands

- Collectibles, toys, entertainment, gaming, or character-driven content

- Internet culture, trends, humor, and creative experimentation

Familiarity with Web3, NFTs, or crypto is a plus, but absolutely not required.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

We're not looking for someone to promote a generic product.

We're building a world around original characters, collectibles, and a community.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape the social identity of Yucky Ducks as we introduce the brand to new audiences and launch our first physical collectibles.

We want someone who brings ideas to the table, takes initiative, and genuinely wants to help build something with long-term potential.

Compensation & Structure

We're targeting an ongoing part-time freelance role, with rate, responsibilities and workload agreed upon before starting.

We'll begin with a paid 30-day trial, with the opportunity to continue longer-term if it's a good fit for everyone.

How to Apply

Please include:

1. Links to TikTok and/or Instagram accounts you've personally helped grow.

2. Specific examples of organic audience growth you've achieved and what your role was.

3. Three examples of short-form videos you've created or directed.

4. A brief explanation of how you'd approach growing a new character-driven collectibles brand.

5. Your weekly availability and compensation expectations.

Bonus question: If you were introducing a mischievous cartoon duck character to TikTok, what's one content idea you'd try first?

We're excited to find someone who sees the potential and wants to help us bring it to life.

Let's build something Yucky.
