Yacht Kings is an entertainment and media company dedicated to the yachting and marine industry. Through original video content, podcasts, social media, industry events, brand partnerships, and storytelling, we highlight the people, products, technology, and trends shaping modern yachting culture.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager – Paid + Organic who can take ownership of social media for Yacht Kings and select client accounts.

This is not simply a content scheduling position.

We’re looking for someone who understands the entire social media lifecycle — from strategy and content development to graphic design, copywriting, publishing, paid advertising, analytics, and client reporting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll take hands-on ownership of assigned social media accounts, including:

• Developing and managing monthly content calendars

• Creating organic social media strategies and campaigns

• Designing polished, on-brand social graphics

• Writing engaging captions, posts, and marketing copy

• Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

• Managing community engagement, comments, messages, tags, and account activity

• Supporting podcast, video, event, and campaign distribution across social channels

• Maintaining consistent brand voice and visual standards across multiple accounts

• Managing deadlines, approvals, deliverables, and ongoing client needs

Paid Social + Meta Advertising

This role will also be responsible for paid social media campaigns, including:

• Building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager

• Audience targeting and retargeting

• Campaign objectives and budget management

• Creative testing and optimization

• Monitoring campaign performance

• Making recommendations based on results

• Coordinating paid campaigns with the overall organic content strategy

Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience is important for this position.

Graphic Design + Content Creation

Strong graphic design skills are required.

You should be comfortable taking an idea or campaign and turning it into finished, professional social content without relying on another designer for every asset.

Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is expected.

You should also be comfortable working with photography, video, podcast clips, existing brand assets, and raw content to develop engaging social media creative
