Job Type: Contract / Project-Based

Compensation: Paid opportunities, based on project scope

Company Description

Volt Vision Co. is a Dallas-based creative media company partnering with athletes, sports teams, schools, and businesses to create engaging content and build stronger brands.

We work as an extension of our clients’ media teams, specializing in photography, videography, social media content, interviews, and digital storytelling.

Creating media is what we do. Building brands is why we do it.

Role Description

We’re looking for creative, outgoing, and reliable iPhone Content Creators to work with Volt Vision on paid projects throughout the DFW area.

This position is focused entirely on creating, filming, and editing content using an iPhone. No professional camera equipment is required.

You’ll work with athletes, coaches, teams, and businesses to capture behind-the-scenes moments, conduct interviews, create social media content, and bring creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

* Film high-quality vertical videos using an iPhone.

* Conduct fun, engaging interviews with athletes, coaches, and staff.

* Capture practices, games, media days, training sessions, and behind-the-scenes moments.

* Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar mobile editing applications.

* Add engaging text overlays, subtitles, music, graphics, and transitions.

* Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other social-ready content.

* Identify trending content ideas and bring original concepts to projects.

* Capture authentic moments and tell stories through mobile video.

* Collaborate with other Volt Vision creatives on client projects.

* Organize and deliver completed content within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

* Own an iPhone capable of capturing high-quality video.

* Proficient in CapCut or similar mobile editing applications.

* Experience creating and editing short-form social media content.

* Comfortable interviewing and interacting with people.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends.

* Creative eye for framing, lighting, audio, and storytelling.

* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

* Reliable transportation throughout the DFW area.

* Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

We value creativity, personality, reliability, and initiative over expensive equipment or an impressive résumé.

We’re looking for people who can walk into an environment, recognize great content opportunities, comfortably interact with others, and turn iPhone footage into engaging videos.

Whether you’re a college student, aspiring creator, or experienced mobile content creator, we’d love to see your work.

Why Work With Volt Vision?

* Paid contract opportunities with rates agreed upon before each project.

* Flexible, project-based scheduling.

* Opportunities to work with athletes, sports teams, schools, and businesses.

* Build your portfolio through real client projects.

* Collaborate with other creatives.

* Potential for recurring opportunities as Volt Vision grows.

How to Apply

Submit examples of videos you’ve filmed and edited using your iPhone. Instagram Reels, TikToks, interviews, and other mobile content are encouraged.
