Role Overview

We're not your traditional speakers bureau, so we're looking for a savvy and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal teammate is someone with a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for design trends, combining creativity and technical expertise to produce compelling visuals that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Our Graphic Designer will play a key role in helping to build the visual identity of our brand, crafting innovative designs that stand out across multiple platforms, with a focus on building social-first style marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include designing across digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging social media graphics, ads, and promotional content that align with our brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and increase visibility.
Create visually appealing sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and one-pagers, to support our sales team.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our designs are relevant and effective.
Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) to craft compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Qualifications:

Someone who is chronically online and excited to keep up to date on social and design trends
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media and marketing collateral.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and experience in designing for social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and design best practices.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful content.
